Great as a kettle Successfully replaced the need for a kettle (and lead and plug and general kerfuffle). On induction with power setting and lid (bought separately) it is as fast as the kettle the noise of the ‘bouncing’ lid does the job of the whistle. Doubles up as milk or small pasta pot. One less piece of clutter in the kitchen.

Update: still going strong BUT YOU MUST remember that you cook at a lower temperature with a stainless steel frying pan to avoid food sticking (its to do with the molecular structure of the steel and the protein in animal fats that form a bond). Its never the pans fault, its how its used!
