Save yourself loads of money on baking paper This mat is fabulous for lining flat baking sheets for making biscuits/home made pizzas etc or even oven chips and fish fingers. It makes a massive difference to the non stick nature of the baking sheet and makes cookie baking a breeze. Best way to use it in that case is to slide the sheet off whole onto the cooling rack to allow the biscuts to cool in situ before moving them when they have “set.”Don’t expect this mat to be solid. it doesn’t replace a baking sheet and can’t be used…
