3 units – faulty, broken, broken. But got there in the end! First one leaked coffee from the thread, meaning a nasty burnt smell as the coffee landed on the hob. Second one arrived and the handle had snapped off inside the box (there is no protection inside the box, the coffee maker is just loose). Third one arrived at the lid had fallen off! Luckily it was just a pin that needed to be put back in, but what an ordeal that was. For all the time I spent collecting the deliveries and then dropping off the returns, I should have just bought a £30 top…

Best coffee maker I have had ! What a great little coffee pot, out machine had broken and I was looking for a replacement. This great, makes fabulous coffee every time. I was worried it would take an age but it just as quick as using the machine. I would highly recommend this to any coffee lovers out there and it takes up a lot less space in the kitchen!
