I have searched the internet but can not find an instruction manual for this model (lots of other models but not this one) If yo I got this pressure cooker as it worked as a slow cooker as well. But you get a little pamphlet for instructions that do not mention slow cooking. The instructions tell you to turn the handle in the incorrect direction and other than that it is just guess work. Rubbish manual I bought this because it was multi function, but the so called ‘manual’ that comes with it is only a few pages long, has lots of information on safety (don’t put it in the oven!) and how to fasten the lid (which is self-explanatory) but does not explain how to USE the appliance at all…and that is not self explanatory in any way.
Where’s the plastic lid??? The specification indicates that there is a plastic lid (7) in the box but I can’t find it at all!
