The pans themselves are made from heavy gauge aluminium for excellent heat distribution, and a stainless steel insert in each base makes them induction hob-friendly too. The frying pans have Tefal’s recognisable thermospot technology to let you know when the optimum cooking temperature has been reached.

Suitable for ALL hobs (incl. induction) and oven safe up to 180°C.

Simple, their frying pans are not of a standard size. Oh, yes they say it is 28cm, and the description here says 28cm, but when you receive the product you will find that it is just slightly larger than 28cm.Can you complain about this?
