Non-Induction pans not future-proof Fantastic pan set at a sensible price, so why the three stars and not five? Induction incompatibility, that’s why. Tefal clearly state that these pans are not suitable for induction, so have done nothing ‘wrong’ per se until you see that the ‘real’ retail prices of this set versus the Tefal set that is induction compatible is only five quid different. Induction hobs are still in the minority but their growth of use is rapid, and when you want a good few years from a set of pans, why would you…

A very good set for long life useage As a person who ends up using multiple pans for a good many meals, I always want a set that will take a good battering (and numerous food weldings) and still keep on (non) ticking. LOL
