As advertised It makes filter coffee. It keeps it warm. That’s all you sign up for when you buy a cheap filter coffee machine.

Love this machine.. This is one of the best presents I have received in a long time.. I had great advice from a customer who has one so decided that this was the one for me.. As I drink so much coffee this is brilliant especially on my days off just fill it up and it’s ready to go.. Personally I don’t have a problem that you have to buy separate paper filters for it for me un-clip the top lift the filter out and straight into the bin no mess…

very poor coffee maker,will not be buying Swan products in the future. Only give it 1 star as it leaked water from the base, also poor construction, made from very thin plastic..the company that I bought it from gave me a full refund.
