Great but not perfect I’ve had this Frying Pan along with the Griddle & Saucepan set for just over 8 months. There is no denying they are excellent to cook on, but unfortunately i’m starting to see a lot of the coating flaking off (hopefully during washing up rather than ingested).I will add these were looked after with no metal utensils used when stirring, overly abrasive scourers when cleaning or stacked when not in use.
Shame about the handle! Poor! The handle became loose almost immediately and my husband has repaired it 3 times, it is a danger to lift it with food in! With the handles both sides you have to be careful that neither Is over another ring that is lit, it takes a lot of space on the stove. The non stick property of the pan is very good, shame about the poor quality handles! Mine is now in the bin, I won’t buy another like this!
UPDATE – non stick coating peeling off after six months Finally, an egg poacher that delivers! 6 minutes from dropping the eggs into the cups seated in boiling water and they’re perfect. It’s a fine line though if you want the yolks to be gooey, but the whites cooked. Spray the cups with spray oil and they just need a bit of knife-action to ge the eggs out. Yummy!! With avocado and butter on toast, the best meal available as of writing (7th Feb 2018). Only downside is the handles on the cups become loose so you have to tighten them up. Maybe…
