procook gourmet steel induction set 8 pieces £199 Very nice pans.The fry pan and sauté pans both ‘dome’ up in the middle which i did not expect with such an expensive set hence only 4 stars. The sauté pan is non stick and instructions say only use low to medium heat – it does not say how to sear meat on a ‘low’ heat though!!On use they get hotter faster than my elderly 18/10 stainless steel set and am using less gas as they stay hotter on the cooker. Overall well made set.
The large frying pan is not completely flat, which … The large frying pan is not completely flat, which makes it awkward, especially with an induction hob. Cooking oil runs round the pan rim! The response from the seller was not helpful.
Really comfy handles! After we had our induction hob fitted, I was on the verge of impulse-buying a set of pans on sale in a high street department store. I decided to go home and check the prices online as I wasn’t quite sure what I could reasonably expect for my money.
