cool I used this to season a new cast iron frying pan. Worked like a charm and I now have a fantasticfrying pan. No more Teflon non stick ones for me.
good for you but taste needs to be acquired not the best tasting oil in the world but very healthy. Good supplement for body builders. Mix it in with strong tasting foods and you won’t notice its there. Goes great into a curry; but remember to add it at the end of heating or you lose all the benefit of it being cold pressed. In fact I add it once I’ve taken the curry off the heat and allowed it to cool for a couple of minutes.
no offence to KTC Edibles who were very prompt in delivery and good packaging but just the product I didn’t like at … I am giving one rating because of the very bitter taste I personaly found on this produce.
