Coffee is fresh VERY hot and tasty. We bought one of these which lasted for 5 years of daily brewing. This is our second one! It makes a small pot of coffee really quickly and the aroma fills the house.The colour is awesome and this is the easiest filter machiine to use as does not need to be set up. Coffee is fresh VERY hot and tasty.

Works well – for about a year. If you are lucky this machine will fail just before the guarantee expires, if you are unlucky it will fail just after. There is a design fault in these units that Kenwood refuse to acknowledge – just see how many ‘manufacturer refurbished’ units are available on ebay. My first machine failed after 11 months (sprang a leak all over the worktop), the second has just failed after 13 months in exactly the same way. Real shame – it is a nice machine otherwise.
