I would not recommend this or now by association any other product in … I thought for the price that it would last longer, it did work well but unfortunately it is now falling apart. From such a prestigious name I really expected more. I would not recommend this or now by association any other product in the Jamie Oliver range, it has only been used for domestic purposes and there are only the 2 of us.Great shame, nice bit of kit but badly made

not extravagance if use weekly I had hoped to spend my productive adult years doing more than polishing pithy and useful product reviews, but things don’t always work out. Anyway, expensive kit but if you are going to be using something every week it’s not extravagant to get the best, and having tried a few, this is it. Can more or less puree potato if you want it to, or leave it less mashed. Easy to mash, clean, robust, ergonomic handle. Bowl scraper pure gimmick if you ask me but doesnt detract from overall usefulness.

Great masher with some flaws Great for mashing spuds, BUT some of the black rubbery bits fall off, my missus ended up with one bit in her dinner as I had not noticed it had fallen off 🙂 Have now removed the side scraper and anything else that could possibly fall off.
