Receptive seller, but very poor product Firstly, Amazon EU SARL is a seller to trust. I had no difficulty requesting a replacement for this product beyond the normal 30 days. They also sort out a pick up for your item.However, I must, I am sorry to say, warn people against buying this product. It looks lovely on arrival and cooks beautifully. Was 5 stars for GreenPan now 3 I originally gave a 5 star review and said these pans are amazing and were really easy to clean. A few months on I need to drop my review to 3 stars. I have been very careful, but my frying pan and small sauce pan now have a number of marks that will not wipe clean.Great set of pans for a while and then turns average.
Stay away from these pans – Don’t Buy Do NOT buy these pans. We are very used to owning pans and know how to cook and how to clean them and these are beyond awful. They chip so easily, food stains the pans and they never get clean. We’ve had them less than a year and they look like we’ve bought them second hand,thrown them out of a window as burnt every bit of food we’ve ever cookedOur last two sets of pans, we owned for 4 years (both sets) and they looked almost new at endStay away from these pans
