perfect excellent item i use it at work and at home perfect for skimming the top of individual desserts to make the level and smooth as well as for dishing up small things like delicate pieces of fish. is nice and rigid so only has a little give perfect for a small product like this. would highly recommend for anyone who does lots of work on small things. not quite so good for big desserts but they do a bigger version for that so it will do just what you would expect from it.
