Excellent product. Excellent. I bought my 27cm casserole on 16th February 2017 for GBP 135.00. But reviewing this on 4th March 2017 I notice the price has jumped to GBP 199.00. Usual Le Creuset quality, but note being cast iron this is heavy, but can be used on the hob to brown/sear meat before adding veg to then put in the oven. The knob is easy to grip with an oven glove on.
