Ok Probably me- but I’m not quite sure about this. I use it at work- very much in the same way as I’d use a cafetière- whereby I make coffee in it and then pour it into a cup, but I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be used as a mug? But, it does let an awful lot of coffee detritus through the filter, which ends up in the bottom of your cup.

I cannot bring myself to recommend this product to anyone I cannot bring myself to recommend this product to anyone. It is not well made, it does not make good coffee and is poorly designed. You cannot add milk to the coffee as there is no way of pouring it in; no matter how carefully you make the coffee, you end up with grounds in your mouth; and after only 3 months of use the seal for 2 layers of insulation has split and there is water inside. This product IS RUBBISH.

Started off OK but…. Well it all started well. Bodum and I had just over a year together of daily use and it kept my coffee warm which was all it is supposed to do. After about 6 months the vacuum seal had gone so everytime I washed it there was water sloshing around in the between the layers and eventually two days ago the cup completely split into two layers…see attached photos. In future I think I will go for something more robust.
