The birth of an Italian coffee that revolutionises tastes and the way in which coffee gets prepared at home. A tradition, a daily ritual, nowadays appreciated throughout the world. Traditional Italian coffee I have an electric espresso/cappucino maker machine at home but I also have this Bialetti Moka for when I travel. I am Italian and I can tell you that this is a very traditional way of making Italian coffee at home (every Italian home has one or more of these in different sizes) and this is still the best way to make coffee at home in my opinion. Living overseas I sometimes find it hard to find good ground coffee to use so I need my stock of coffee from Italy to last as long as possible. I find…
This is THE Italian coffee machine This is the way the best coffee is made: fill the bottom with water up to the valve, fill the filter with Lavazza Qualita Rossa coffee so it’s full, then press a bit, add a bit more, press again, then make holes with the spoon so water can filter through. It’s quick to boil, especially on an electrical stove, but it’s better to put the power down and boil it slowly.
Quick, easy and tasty coffee for one person…absolutely love it ! Having started to spend a small fortune on coffee from major coffee outlets, I decided to invest in one of these so I could have my own tasty coffee anytime at a fraction of the price, this will pay for itself within a week or two. I wouldn’t drink instant coffee ever and I already have a coffee machine that uses expensive discs however the coffee it produces is tasteless in comparison to the coffee from this little coffee maker.
