This one makes coffee as good as my old WW2 aluminium Bialetti Let’s not fool ourselves, most espresso pots do the same job equally well. This one makes coffee as good as my old WW2 aluminium Bialetti, and my newer stainless steel no-brander from China (which was a fifth of the price). But, it didn’t work on an induction hob, while this one does.Pro’s: on an induction hob, this works fast.Cons: Not the most ergonomic. It doesn’t pour quite as well as the Chinese cheapo, and the handle isn’t as comfortable or as well placed – so you can…

However, it still functions and we use it daily to make two decent sized mugs of coffee.
